* Adults are capped at $250 including OPG, and children at $150 without OPG or $200 with OPG, where clinically appropriate. Where your eligible health fund benefit covers the applicable fees, there is no gap to pay; if your benefit is lower, it is applied first and you pay the remaining difference up to the applicable cap. Health fund benefits vary according to your insurer, level of cover and remaining annual limits. Please contact your health fund if you would like to confirm your individual benefits before attending.
