Fees Terms and Conditions

• Dental fee examples provided are a guide only. Individual treatment costs may differ and should be discussed with the treating dentist.
• Most dental treatments require a limited consultation and X-ray fees. For example, a tooth extraction for a new patient will include charges for an X-ray and a limited consultation, in addition to the extraction fee.
• Patients may require fewer or additional dental treatments, which may increase or decrease the total fees.
• In the event that extensive treatment is required, a written quote will be provided for patients to check with their health fund regarding rebates and to make an informed decision.

Check-up and Clean (First Time)

Available to new patients. Gap-free or capped at $250 for adults and $200 for children.

Patients who initially attend for an emergency appointment will be considered new patients, and the above fees will apply to their first check & clean.

Includes:

• Comprehensive Dental check-up
• Clean and polish
• Digital X-rays (if you need them)
• OPG (Whole Mouth X-ray)
• Fluoride treatment (if you need it)
• Personalised treatment plan
• Photo assessment

Fees will be capped at $250 for adults and $150 for kids if an OPG is not required.

Check-up and Clean (Return Visit)

Available to existing patients. Gap-free or capped at $175 for adults and $150 for children.

If you are an existing patient who returns after more than 2 years, you will be charged $250 for adults & $150 for children without an OPG, or $200 for children with an OPG.

Includes:

• Comprehensive Dental Check-up
• Clean and polish
• Fluoride treatment (if you need it)
• Personalised treatment plan (if you need it)
• X-rays (if required)

Returning Patients

• If the patient returns for a Check & Clean within 2 years of their last visit:
• Capped at $175 (without an OPG).
• Capped at $250 if an OPG is required.
• If the patient returns after more than 2 years, they will be charged:
• Adults: Capped at $250 (including OPG if required).
• Children: Capped at $150 without OPG and $200 with OPG

Gap-free offer applies to patients with an eligible health fund that includes dental coverage and available limits. If your health fund rebate exceeds $250, there will be no out-of-pocket expense for you. However, if your fund covers less than $250, you will be required to pay the difference (e.g., if the fund pays $230, you will pay $20 out-of-pocket). Please note, fees are subject to change based on your dental health condition.

General Dentistry

Wisdom Tooth Removal

• Wisdom Tooth Removal: From $350 – $600
• We can remove wisdom teeth, including impacted teeth and multiple teeth in one appointment, under local anaesthesia or IV sedation when clinically indicated.

Cosmetic Dentistry

• E-Max Porcelain Veneers: From $1,400 for Australian-made high-quality veneers
• Philips Zoom Teeth Whitening – Take-home teeth whitening gel with custom trays: $450
• Philips Zoom Teeth Whitening – Chair-side teeth whitening: $650

Restorative Dentistry

• Dental Crowns: From $1,500
• Root Canal Therapy: From $1,400

• If the patient returns for a Check & Clean within 2 years of their last visit:
• Capped at $175 (without an OPG).
• Capped at $250 if an OPG is required.
• If the patient returns after more than 2 years, they will be charged:
• Adults: Capped at $250 (including OPG if required).
• Children: Capped at $200 (including OPG if required).

• Patients will always be given a written treatment plan before any treatment begins, providing full transparency about what to expect.
• All treatment is subject to clinical assessment and the dentist’s recommendation.
• For cosmetic and restorative procedures, final suitability and treatment requirements will be assessed during consultation.

• Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or payment plan.
• All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Payment is required at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

• All services are provided by dental practitioners registered with the Dental Board of Australia under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). All dentists work from our clinic with a Service Facility Agreement. Current practitioner details and registration status can be verified at www.ahpra.gov.au

• The NSW mean-to-high fees referenced are based on the 2022 ADA Dental Fee Survey report.
• Terms and conditions apply and will be explained during the consultation.
• Any surgical or invasive procedure carries risks. Before proceeding, patients should seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner.
