If you are with a health fund, the rebate to the practice may be more than $150, meaning no out of pocket expense for you. It cannot be used with any other offer. If the health fund does not pay up to $150 for the service, then you have to pay the difference. Example: Health fund pays only $130, then you have to pay the difference of $20.
